I have no idea what motivated Faisal Shahzad to attempt a terror attack on Times Square, but the TaxProf observes that he may have had a huge tax bill due to walking away from his foreclosed upon home. (h/t Instapundit) If that was what motivated him, it's a shame he didn't consider becoming Secretary of the Treasury instead. It would have a less destructive way to deal with the tax problem....

A year and a half ago I blogged in Adult Entertainment, that Sesame Street was apparently no longer appropriate for chidlren. As the New York Times reported then: Just don't bring the children.
